System Compare Philippines is an editorial comparison service operated by CLICSYNC LTD. These terms explain the use and limits of this website.
What this edition includes
This is an initial Philippine edition. This first edition publishes selected comparisons for accounting, invoicing, recruiting and document management. Other categories will be added later. The published selection does not cover every supplier, plan or feature on the market. We identify evidence gaps and research status on the relevant pages.
We compare documented features within the relevant category. A missing source is not proof that a feature is absent. Evidence coverage measures how much has been verified; it is not the same as a product quality score. Final product quality scores are not published in this first edition. Our research is based on cited materials unless a page expressly describes a hands-on test.
Prices and purchasing decisions
Prices, taxes, currencies, billing periods, local availability and plan limits can change. A price may depend on annual billing, user count, message volume, add-ons or a temporary offer. Check the supplier's current offer and contract before purchasing. A listing is not a promise that a product is suitable for every Philippine business or that it meets your tax, privacy, security or sector-specific obligations.
This website does not sell the listed suppliers' software or take payment for those products. You contract with the supplier on its own terms. Our content is general information, not individual legal, tax, accounting or security advice.
Commercial links
Some supplier links may be affiliate or referral links. If you use one, we may receive a fee from the supplier. A commercial relationship does not by itself prove that a product is better or that a feature exists. Sponsored placements, where used, must be identified as such, and the methodology explains how comparisons are ordered.
Information corrections
If information is inaccurate or outdated, contact support@system-compare.com or use our contact form. Include the page URL and a current official source where possible. We assess evidence and update material errors; a correction request does not guarantee a particular score or position.
Partner applications
The initial partner application is free and does not create a paid order or guarantee publication. Applications use the central System Compare service. If an application is approved and a paid research or onboarding service is offered, its scope, full price, taxes and conditions must be shown before the applicant makes a payment commitment.
A listing and its feature assessment are based on research of public supplier sources. Information submitted by a vendor can help us identify the product and sources, but a vendor's assertion alone does not establish a feature or a score. Fair use and responsibility
Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to bypass security controls, or use this service to send unlawful content. Supplier names and logos identify their respective products and remain associated with their owners; their appearance is not an endorsement of System Compare.
We aim to provide accurate, useful information but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every change to a supplier's product is reflected immediately. Nothing on this page removes a legal right or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
