This notice explains how CLICSYNC LTD handles personal information when you browse System Compare Philippines or contact us. It covers this local editorial website. The central partner application on system-compare.com has its own notice at the point where you provide information.

Who handles your information

CLICSYNC LTD is the personal information controller. We are based at 9 Tversky Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6721010, Israel; Israeli company number 515343549. Our owner and privacy contact is Omer Arie Liberman. Contact support@system-compare.com or +972 50 438 7038 for privacy questions and requests.

Browsing the site

This edition does not load analytics or advertising scripts and does not use advertising cookies. You can read comparisons without opening an account. The infrastructure serving the website receives technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as the requested page, network address and request time. Hosting and security services may keep technical logs.

The website is delivered using ChatGPT Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare network services. Links to supplier websites leave System Compare; those websites have their own data practices. Clicking an affiliate or referral link may also involve the supplier's referral service. The absence of tracking on this page does not describe what another website does after you choose to visit it.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. It also supplies the page URL, site language, submission time and a request identifier so we can identify and resolve the enquiry.

After you select the form's privacy checkbox, your browser connects to our form service on systemcompare.co.il in Israel to prepare a security challenge. Your name, email and message are sent when you press the send button. Security controls use a coded value derived from your network address, a timing check and a hidden anti-spam field. They limit automated or repeated submissions without a third-party CAPTCHA.

We use your message to answer your question, review an information correction or handle a privacy request. Form messages are delivered to our general team through ceo@system-compare.com and handled using Google Workspace email. They are not automatically forwarded to the software supplier mentioned in your message. You can instead email support@system-compare.com.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents, sensitive medical information or information about other people that we do not need.

Why we process information

Submitting the form is voluntary. We request your consent for the form processing described here. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful. Without the requested contact details and permission, we cannot send the form or reply by email.

We also use information where necessary to handle correspondence you initiate, protect the service against abuse, meet an applicable legal requirement or deal with a legal claim. These uses are limited to their relevant purpose. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Partnerships

The Partners page leads to the central application service on system-compare.com. Dedicated applications are handled by James Cooper at partnerships@system-compare.com. Review that service's privacy information before applying. A general contact message with “Partnership” as its topic still goes to the general team.

Access and international processing

Authorised team members and service providers supporting hosting, security, form delivery and business email may access the information needed for their tasks. Our operator and form service are in Israel; infrastructure and email providers may also process information in other countries. This is not a Philippines-only storage service. We remain responsible for the personal information under our control, including when a service provider handles it for us. Contact us for information about the providers and protections relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

The form's security challenge lasts for one hour. Its request table contains a coded network-address value, site context, timing and delivery status, rather than the message text. Records older than 24 hours are scheduled for deletion; a delay in the scheduled task can delay deletion. This limit does not apply to the email copy or to separate infrastructure logs.

We keep correspondence for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and any related follow-up. If information is needed for an outstanding complaint, legal claim or legal retention obligation, it is kept for that purpose and removed when no longer necessary. We do not describe the form's short security-record lifetime as an automatic deletion period for email. You may ask about the information retained for your case or request its deletion.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, request access or correction, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request blocking or deletion where applicable. You may request a portable copy when the legal conditions are met. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.

Our comparison scores concern software products and plans. We do not use contact messages to make a solely automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Automatic anti-spam checks can stop a form submission; email support if this happens.

If you have a concern, contact support@system-compare.com. You may also approach the Philippine National Privacy Commission using its published complaint procedure.

Changes

We update this notice when our services or processing change. The date above identifies the current version. New analytics or marketing features will require an updated notice and, where required, a separate choice before they operate.
