Research dossier

Our methodology

We separate capabilities, evidence and commercial interests. A product or plan is assessed only against the criteria of its category.

Weighted evidence coverage

The model weights core capabilities at 45%, integrations at 20%, local suitability at 20% and AI at 15%. Documented support earns 1, partial support 0.5, and documented absence 0. Unknowns widen the score interval. A final score requires at least 80% weighted evidence, confirmed local eligibility, editorial review and resolution of remaining score uncertainty.

Research is not yet complete. An unknown capability does not mean it is absent. Provisional ranges show documented points and remaining uncertainty; they are not final ratings.

Next research steps

This first edition covers 4 categories: Accounting, Invoicing, Recruiting & applicant tracking, Document Management. 14 product dossiers and 36 plan assessments; other categories remain in research.

These assessments use dated supplier documentation, not hands-on testing. Local applicability and plan entitlements are evaluated separately.
